CUNARD BANGLE - BLACK AND RED

£400.00

“Daring to look behind and look again…”

The Cunard Bangle is a curved sculptural leather bracelet inspired by the remarkable Nancy Cunard - poet, journalist, political activist and publisher, with a distinctive style of her own (1896-1965).

Crafted from a single flat piece of hand-dyed black leather, the arched form is constructed in organic segments. Using deceptively complex geometry, Tania interconnects shifting straight lines to create a beautifully rounded form. Carefully polished red edges accentuate the bracelet’s structure.

Worn day or evening, singular or stacked, this bracelet has an exceptional lightness relative to its bold visual impact. It softly slides on and off the hand, while minimalist fixings preserve the purity of its form.
