It has been a busy week since I returned to the studio from New York - making special orders. LOOT was simply a phenomenal show, where visitors were curious, adventurous and enormous fun to meet.
'NIGHT & DAY' FOR LOOT IN NY
I've adopted the theme 'Night & Day' (or 'Day & Night'!) for presenting my work at Loot. I have selected key designs to be made in natural tone leather, and setting the black and natural leather pieces against each other lends a great dynamic to my display.
SIERAAD - AMSTERMDAM
It was wonderful to return to Amsterdam (one of my favourite cities) and Sieraad this year. I loved the very different Dutch and continental audience and of course catching up with my stockists and connecting with new ones too.
WEEKEND COURSE GREAT SUCCESS!
Three students and I had a very enjoyable weekend in my studio. Teaching in a small group, meant that I was able to cover a wide range of different techniques as well as discuss topics such as design, suppliers and the development design of ideas or whatever other queries came up.
